Production Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the company’s quality and performance standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate cross-functional efforts, develop teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university; Master’s degree is preferred,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role,
• Strong technical and managerial knowledge of production operations,
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing,
• Solid understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills,
• Demonstrated experience in managing blue-collar teams and shift-based operations,
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset with a creative and innovative approach to operational challenges,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage production activities to achieve company goals in terms of safety, quality, cost, and delivery,
• Lead and develop production teams to ensure high performance, motivation, and adherence to company values,
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a culture of safety across all production areas,
• Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain smooth, efficient, and on-time production flow,
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where needed,
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of production lines and equipment, ensuring reliability and operational excellence,
• Drive lean manufacturing, efficiency, digital transformation, and innovation projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
