Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all manufacturing operations related to pipe extrusion and fittings production (UPVC, Agri, Conduits, HDPE, Drip).
• Ensure timely and quality production as per BIS and industry standards (IS 4985, IS 9537, IS 4984, etc.).
• Monitor machine efficiency, output, downtime, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement lean manufacturing and cost control practices.
• Supervise and train shift engineers, supervisors, and operators.
• Coordinate with the maintenance, QA/QC, planning, and logistics departments.
• Familiar with the Quality control requirements of the products as per the relevant BIS standard

Key Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Polymer / Production Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic pipe extrusion (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of pipe manufacturing machinery and maintenance know-how (Kabra, Windsor, Sai, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
