Production Manager

Nordex is global leader in wind turbine manufacturing, and we are excited to announce that we are expanding our footprint in Türkiye with a new blade production plant in İzmir. As we are growing with a new production plant, we are looking for a experienced and qualified Production Manager to be responsible for the following daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full production cycle from planning to completion, ensuring targets for production, forecast, and budget are met.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor and control production costs, implementing cost-saving strategies where possible.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and health standards.
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates for production activities.
• Lead and support root cause analyses, improvement initiatives, and cost-reduction projects.
• Organize training programs for team members to achieve production goals.
• Collaborate on trials for new material homologation and determine equipment, material, and manpower requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing medium to large production teams in an industrial environment (blade manufacturing experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and technical background to support
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English at a high level.
