Production Manager

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demand and deadlines.
• Manage and allocate labor, raw materials, equipment, and facilities for optimal use, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Set and enforce product quality standards, monitor output, detect and correct defects, and implement quality control programs.
• Identify inefficiencies, research new methods, and implement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Liaise and coordinate with supply chain, design & engineering, finance, and other departments to align production with overall business objectives.
• Maintain and improve the manufacturing mechanisms, including surveying and measuring the production, process, outcomes and profitability.
• Responsible for manpower allocation in line with impending production and delivery targets.
