Production Manager

Silver Point Packaging Industry is one of the prominent packaging service providers in the UAE. The company seeks efficient and experienced candidates for the role of Production Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and oversee the management operations ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

· Manage the production process and implement production strategies to ensure desired output.

· Coordinate with sales, design, and prepress teams to ensure accurate job specifications

· Analyses production data and conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement

· Manage day-to-day operations of the print production floor

· Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in a printing production department

· Ability to manage daily production activities

· Strong knowledge of printing processes

· Ability to meet production targets and deadlines

Location – Sharjah
