Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Production Manager at Quantum Media. The Production Manager will oversee and manage production schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with creative and operations teams to streamline production workflows, resolving production challenges, and maintaining quality control standards. The role also involves building supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to manage production schedules, workflows, and budgets effectively.
  • Regional Education experience is a huge advantage.
  • Familiarity with operational logistics, supplier management, and industry regulation compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and systems relevant to production management, such as project management software and reporting tools.
  • Experience in media, production, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Production, Media, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic environments.
