Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and manage our production operations related to signage works, fabric printing, advertising materials, and branding projects.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring timely delivery of all production activities while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily production operations for:

Signage manufacturing & installation

Fabric printing & cutting

Advertising materials & branding works

Plan production schedules and allocate manpower efficiently

Coordinate with sales and design teams

Ensure projects are completed on time

Maintain quality control standards

Monitor material usage and reduce wastage

Supervise machine operators and production staff

Ensure workplace safety compliance

Handle vendor coordination and material procurement

Report production progress to management

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in signage/advertising production

Strong knowledge of:

Vinyl cutting

Digital printing

Fabric printing

Lamination

CNC / Laser cutting (preferred)

Ability to manage team and meet deadlines

Good communication skills

Knowledge of production planning and inventory management

Qatar experience preferred

Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)
