Job Title: Operations and Construction Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all activities across multiple playground installation sites. This role includes managing civil works, steel fabrication, safety flooring installation, sports courts construction, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at multiple sites, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.
2. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate foremen, site workers, and subcontractors across various disciplines, including playground installation, civil works, and steel fabrication.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations, from playground equipment to safety flooring and sports courts, meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
4. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for each project, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
5. Coordination of Civil and Steel Works: Oversee civil works and steel fabrication processes, ensuring all structural elements are completed accurately and safely.
6. Material and Resource Coordination: Ensure timely resourcing of materials, coordinating closely with drivers and purchasers to guarantee on-time deliveries.
7. Scheduling and Logistics: Schedule projects efficiently and communicate timelines to clients, ensuring smooth coordination.
8. Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
9. Hiring and Staffing: Oversee the hiring process for both laborers and foremen, ensuring that the right talent is recruited, onboarded, and effectively integrated into the team.
10. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, budgets, safety checks, and quality control, and report regularly to clients and the line manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in playgrounds, civil works, and steel fabrication.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• construction: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
