Max Pharmaceuticals is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering high-quality medicines that meet regulatory standards. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as Production In-Charge.

Position Overview:The Production In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process, ensuring compliance with cGMP, DRAP, and company standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain efficiency while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day production operations.

Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and DRAP guidelines.

Monitor production schedules, output, and efficiency targets.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.

Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure batch records are completed timely.

Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical production.

Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
