Production Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our oil perfume (concentrated fragrance) manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will manage blending, filling, and packaging processes while ensuring high-quality standards, efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of oil-based perfumes and fragrance concentrates
• Manage blending, maceration, filtration, and filling processes
• Ensure accurate formulation and batch consistency
• Monitor raw materials (essential oils, fragrance compounds, carrier oils)
• Maintain production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines
• Implement quality control procedures and GMP standards
• Supervise and train production staff
• Reduce waste and improve production efficiency
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales departments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production, preferably in perfume or cosmetics manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of fragrance blending and oil-based formulations
• Experience managing production teams
• Understanding of GMP, safety, and quality control standards
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle production planning and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of filling and packaging machinery
• ERP system experience
