Job Description:

We’re hiring a hands-on Production Manager to lead the floor, coach team members, and keep production running efficiently. You’ll help improve processes, assist with machinery setup, and ensure quality and pace stay high.

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined and quick learner
• Strong judgment and leadership skills
• Previous production experience a plus
