We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Production Manager with a strong background in the Aluminium Façade Industry to lead and manage factory production operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in façade systems manufacturing, production planning, quality control, and team management, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with project and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all production activities related to aluminium façade systems, including curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, louvers, and related architectural elements.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet project timelines and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, design, procurement, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow from drawings to fabrication.
• Manage factory operations, machinery, manpower, and resources to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure production works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and control production costs.
• Supervise and lead production engineers, supervisors, foremen, and factory staff.
• Implement and enforce HSE standards, factory safety procedures, and company policies.
• Ensure strict quality control at all stages of fabrication and assembly.
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, accessories, glass, and long-lead items in line with production requirements.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve output and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, breakdowns, and ensure proper functioning of factory machinery.
• Prepare and submit production reports, progress updates, manpower reports, and KPI tracking.
• Support factory audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely coordination with logistics for dispatch and delivery to project sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Production Manager or Senior Production Engineer in the Aluminium Façade / Curtain Wall Industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in aluminium fabrication, façade systems, and factory-based production management.
• In-depth knowledge of façade materials, production processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership and manpower management skills in a factory/manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high-volume production under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of HSE standards and factory safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah.
