Production Manager- Carpentry Factory

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our carpentry factory.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality carpentry products are delivered on time and within budget.
• This role requires a strong background in woodworking production, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a carpentry, woodworking, or furniture manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing factory operations and leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, production techniques, and materials.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.
• Preferred Skills: Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Experience with CNC machinery and automated woodworking equipment.
• Understanding of quality control standards and ISO procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR13,000.00 per month
