Production Manager for Paper Division

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Lead for our Paper Division to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in paper processing/packaging and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities in the paper division
• Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance, efficiency, and downtime
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in paper manufacturing / packaging industry
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control
• Ability to manage teams and optimize workflows
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with safety standards and industrial best practices

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Management / Relevant field
• Technical certifications (preferred)

• Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
