Position Overview
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the production process to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing people, equipment, and resources while driving continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day production activities to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to achieve targets.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards across all operations.
• Supervise and motivate production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize downtime and reduce waste.
• Track and report production metrics, analyzing data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Resolve production issues quickly to avoid delays in delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in production management or operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in production management software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
