Production Manager - Mechanical Engineer

Experience:

● Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution

● Graduate of Pak-Swiss Training Centre (PSTC) – strongly preferred

● Minimum 5 years of experience in the plastic industry

● Strong knowledge of plastic materials (e.g., PP, PE, PS, ABS, PVC, etc.) and their industrial applications

● Expertise in dies and moulds design, maintenance, and troubleshooting

● Experience in managing high-volume production environments with strict quality standards

● Familiar with lean manufacturing, preventive maintenance, and industrial safety practices

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise daily operations of extruders, injection moulding machines, mould-making machines, and other production equipment

● Oversee R&D, maintenance, and modification of dies and moulds.

● Ensure efficient machine setup, parameter control, and production output while minimizing downtime

● Monitor material usage and provide guidance on the correct types of plastics (e.g., PP, PS, ABS, PE, etc.) for specific applications

● Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with customer and regulatory standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
