Production Manager - Metallic Furniture Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations specializing in delivering high-quality medical and hospitality products to clients across the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed production plans to meet customer deadlines and optimize resource allocation
• Manage workflow for multiple product lines simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 20+ production staff
• Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Establish and maintain quality control checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process
• Ensure all hospital and kitchen equipment meets industry standards and client specifications
• Implement corrective actions for any quality issues
• Reduce material waste and optimize labor utilization
• Introduce lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations
• Oversee maintenance of all fabrication equipment (CNC machines, press brakes, welding systems)
• Enforce strict compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Prepare detailed production reports for senior management
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams

Qualifications

Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience with CNC machinery and CAD/CAM software
• Minimum 5 years of production management experience in hospital equipment or kitchen equipment manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, finishing)
• Experience managing diverse product lines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
