A Store Manager oversees daily retail operations, leading staff, managing inventory, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve profitability, handling everything from hiring and training to budgeting, merchandising, and resolving issues, all while aligning with company policies and goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, supervising, and motivating employees; handling performance management and disciplinary issues.
  • Sales & Profitability: Setting sales targets, implementing strategies, managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
  • Operations: Managing daily opening/closing, cash handling, ensuring store cleanliness, implementing marketing, and adhering to health/safety standards.
  • Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, overseeing stocktakes, ordering new products, and managing merchandise displays.
  • Customer Experience: Handling complaints, resolving issues, ensuring staff provides excellent service, and maintaining store culture.

Core Duties

  • Execute business strategies from upper management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
