The candidate should be able to manage some production people from the injection molding/automotive sector

Who’ve controlled plants with over 30-40 machines at least

Been systems and quality focused

Kaizen

Problem solving

5s

Maybe some lean manufacturing green belt certifications

Who’ve handled plant and machine maintenance

Experience with robots, caps & clousers and in-mould moulding would be good
