HRA Switchgear (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Production Manager / Head to lead our manufacturing operations and take ownership of production efficiency, quality, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production operations for LV/MV switchgear

Ensure production planning, scheduling, and timely order fulfillment

Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices

Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and ISO standards

Manage production teams, capacity planning, and performance KPIs

Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement and Projects Planning Engineering team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in switchgear manufacturing

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with production optimization and quality systems
