ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production Operations Coordinator will support end-to-end production operations across multiple national retail accounts, partnering closely with sourcing, production, logistics, compliance, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution from development through final delivery.

• Coordinate daily production operations across sourcing, production, logistics, quality assurance, and retailer compliance
• Manage purchase orders, WIP reports, shipment tracking, production timelines, and delivery schedules
• Communicate directly with overseas factories, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution and issue resolution
• Monitor replenishment programs, shipment planning, and inventory flow to support retailer demand and business timelines
• Maintain detailed Excel trackers, production calendars, payment schedules, and operational reporting
• Coordinate product testing, inspections, bookings, and compliance requirements with third-party partners
• Support cross-functional teams including import, compliance, sales, sourcing, accounting, and product development
• Troubleshoot operational challenges related to production delays, shipping issues, vendor performance, and customer service matters
• Maintain accurate purchase order management, style setup, and system data integrity
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through shipment consolidations, container optimization, production planning, and process improvements
• Perform related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred. 2–6+ years of experience in production coordination, product operations, merchandising, supply chain, or related operational roles within consumer products, wholesale, or retail industries preferred.
