ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Production Operations Coordinator will support end-to-end production operations across multiple national retail accounts, partnering closely with sourcing, production, logistics, compliance, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution from development through final delivery.

Coordinate daily production operations across sourcing, production, logistics, quality assurance, and retailer compliance

Manage purchase orders, WIP reports, shipment tracking, production timelines, and delivery schedules

Communicate directly with overseas factories, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution and issue resolution

Monitor replenishment programs, shipment planning, and inventory flow to support retailer demand and business timelines

Maintain detailed Excel trackers, production calendars, payment schedules, and operational reporting

Coordinate product testing, inspections, bookings, and compliance requirements with third-party partners

Support cross-functional teams including import, compliance, sales, sourcing, accounting, and product development

Troubleshoot operational challenges related to production delays, shipping issues, vendor performance, and customer service matters

Maintain accurate purchase order management, style setup, and system data integrity

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through shipment consolidations, container optimization, production planning, and process improvements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred. 2–6+ years of experience in production coordination, product operations, merchandising, supply chain, or related operational roles within consumer products, wholesale, or retail industries preferred.
