- Follow the safety & Quality norms of company.
- Have capability to calculate ingredient based on batch size.
- Recipe & ingredient knowledge.
- Know operation of Mixing, CIP, Processing plant [PHE] operation.
- Monitor performance to production schedules & inventory of raw materials.
- To keep close watch on physical stock of products & Follow FIFO methodology
- Online product quality check.
- To look after general cleanliness of the plant, machine, & equipment.
- Meet production KPI [Increase Yield, Reduce wastage, Increase productivity]
- Coordination with Maintenance & allied department.
- Utilization of product recovery.
- To take prompt action in case of any machine breakdowns.
- Ensure that raw materials & finished products are not exposed to sunlight unnecessarily.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is undertaken on a regular basis to avoid stoppage of work.
