Production & Packaging Operator (Chemical Plant)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Packaging Operator to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a chemical plant or factory environment. The role involves operating machinery, assisting in production processes, packaging products, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery for chemical or manufactured products.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for dispatch.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in production and packaging sections.
• Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor production output and report any defects or irregularities to supervisors.
• Support inventory management and proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• High School Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in a chemical plant, factory, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of production and packaging processes.
• Awareness of safety procedures, especially for chemical handling (if applicable).
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory/plant setting.
• Preference for candidates locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID.
