Production Pharmacist

ey Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all stages of production to ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Prepare, review, and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and other documentation.
• Ensure proper line clearance before and after production runs.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams for in-process checks.
• Monitor machine operations, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and resources to meet production targets.
• Train and guide production staff and workers regarding GMP practices and safety.
• Ensure safe handling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Report deviations, non-conformances, and assist in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Support validation activities (process, cleaning, equipment qualification).
• Maintain workplace hygiene, safety, and compliance with HSE standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Production Pharmacist: 1 year (Preferred)
