Senior Production Planning Officer

About Our Client:

Our client is a manufacturing company for Boxing, MMA and Martial Arts.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior PPC Officer to lead the production planning and control process. This role is critical in planning future material acquisition and production activities to ensure alignment with upcoming orders , production targets, and delivery commitments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to drive production efficiency and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Material Planning:

• Develop forward-looking production schedules and material acquisition plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times.

Raw Material Demand Forecasting:

• Calculate monthly and long-term raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Capacity & Efficiency Analysis:

• Monitor production output, analyze productivity trends, and identify improvement areas to optimize production efficiency and plant capacity utilization.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Communicate with stores, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables.

Consumables Procurement Planning:

• Consolidate requirements for recurring materials per order , evaluate delivery time and set procurement plans accordingly.

Resource Allocation:

• Determine and allocate required materials and manpower for each production operation to meet scheduled targets.

Requirements:

• Education:  Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:  At least 4 years of relevant experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong forecasting, planning, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and cross-department coordination abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially for planning and data analysis
• Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset.

Location: Sialkot

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Days: Monday to Saturday
