Production Planner

Production Planning Lead (Work Packs)

• Lead Work Preparation team to plan production activities, sequences, and technologies via Work-Pack system aligned to project schedule and LGMS.
• Ensure Work Pack Management Procedure compliance; build breakdown structure, release sufficient work packages to meets L3 schedule.
• Coordinate inputs/data feeds with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Planning, and Yard; validate engineering/material readiness.
• Establish and maintain Production Norm Catalogue; update norms post-project and feed lessons learned to bids.
• Track KPIs: WP release hours (3-week lookahead), fabrication start/finish, ITR submissions, and work pack closeout; drive recovery actions.
• Support constructability, method statements, TRA/HAZID; provide training and guidance on Work-Pack system.
• Champion HSES: TBTs, walkthroughs, SOAP cards, “Take 5” checks; contribute to TRIR targets.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma; 5+ years offshore oil & gas construction; strong leadership and communication.

Deep knowledge of Work-Pack systems; MS Office/AutoCAD proficiency; resilient, proactive team player.
