Production Planner

Are you the one? We are looking for a professional to join us at our Production Planning team!

This role requires strong data‑driven decision‑making skills, the ability to manage complex planning constraints, exceptional stakeholder balancing capabilities, and agility in rapidly changing operational environments—all while maintaining a strong commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction.

What you'll do?

• Develop and manage detailed, constraint‑based production schedules in ERP/MRP systems, ensuring service‑level targets and customer commitments are met.
• Perform capacity analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to proactively identify risks and propose feasible planning solutions.
• Monitor real‑time production performance and adjust plans to prevent customer‑impacting delays.
• Coordinate effectively with production, supply chain, customer experience, sales, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and timely execution.
• Balance the priorities of multiple stakeholders while maintaining objective, data‑driven planning decisions aligned with business and customer expectations.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for schedule deviations and lead corrective actions to improve planning accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer service performance.

What we need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong command of ERP/MRP systems (SAP PP/MM, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Advanced analytical capabilities (Excel, Power BI, planning simulations).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple planning streams simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to reconcile differing priorities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset, ensuring planning decisions protect service levels and proactively address customer impacts.
• High adaptability—capable of responding efficiently to rapidly changing constraints and providing fast, practical solutions.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
