Production Planner (PPC Officer)

Position: Production Planning & Control Officer
Reports To: Factory Manager / CEO

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly production schedules.
• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the store/purchase team.
• Track work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods.
• Maintain Excel reports (production status, delays, shortages).
• Coordinate between production, QC, and packaging departments.
• Report daily progress to management.
• Assist in implementing cost control & efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate / Diploma / Graduate.
• Skills: Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas), reporting, communication.
• Experience: 1–3 years in factory environment preferred.
• Other: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
