Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Officer with a strong background in the nutraceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production and inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules as per business requirements.

Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials, manpower, and machinery.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality departments to maintain workflow efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.

Ensure compliance with nutraceutical industry standards and regulations.

Forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production planning.

Generate and present periodic reports to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PPIC specifically in the nutraceutical industry (applications without nutraceutical experience will not be considered).

Strong knowledge of production planning, material management, and supply chain coordination.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation

Salary range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
