Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth production operations by effective planning, scheduling, coordination, and control of manufacturing activities, ensuring timely delivery of PEB components with optimum utilization of resources and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update production plans and schedules in line with project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure availability of raw materials, drawings, and resources.
- Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Analyze capacity, manpower, and machine availability to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure on-time completion of production targets as per project milestones.
- Identify and address bottlenecks or delays in production and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain coordination with Quality Control, Dispatch, and Stores for smooth workflow.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Support in implementing Lean manufacturing practices and process improvements.
- Collaborate with project and site teams for dispatch planning and delivery sequencing.
- Maintain all production-related documentation and ensure data accuracy in ERP systems (if applicable).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control systems in the steel or PEB industry.
- Understanding of PEB components, fabrication processes, and project execution flow.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking tools.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Time management and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (preferably in PEB or steel fabrication industry).

- Adherence to production schedules.

- Reduction in production delays and idle time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
