Production Planning Engineer

For our site in Esenyurt, Istanbul we are looking for you as Production Planning Enginee r

These challenges await you:

Develop and manage short- and long-term production and capacity plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources and alignment with business demand.
Coordinate production planning activities across multiple product lines to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations .
Analyse demand requirements and material availability to support accurate production scheduling and on-time order fulfilment .
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure availability of components, subcontracted services, and finished goods .
Monitor production performance and prepare regular reports on output, productivity, and operational efficiency to support decision-making.
Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or constraints in the production process to maintain smooth workflow and continuous operations .
Adapt production plans in response to changing customer demands, supply conditions, and operational priorities .
Ensure accurate system data and support the integrity of planning and inventory processes within ERP systems.
Act as a key liaison between production, supply chain, and planning functions to ensure alignment and effective communication .
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.

You inspire with us that:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related field
Proven experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
Strong knowledge of SAP (especially production planning and inventory modules)
Experience with capacity planning and production scheduling
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel or similar tools)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and respond to dynamic production demands
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
