Production Planning Manager

Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a “Production Planning Manager'' to be assigned with in the Planning Department.

Responsibilities:

• Plan materials, workforce, and machine capacity in line with demand forecasts
• Identifying potential capacity constraints in advance through capacity planning activities and taking preventive actions
• Manage the Supply Plan to optimize stock availability and minimize the integrated supply chain costs
• Searcing new production technologies to operations
• Leading daily, weekly and monthly operational measure loss analysis
• Resolving and analyze manufacturing issues resulting from human error, equipment failure, product/component quality, and schedule changes
• Work closely with production, supply chain and marketing teams to understand their utility needs and provide support
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering)
• 10+ years experience in the following: manufacturing, planning, sourcing strategy development or relevant experience
• Proficient in SAP MM and PP modules, advanced knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills
• Result-oriented, quick problem-solving ability
• Residing or able to reside in Istanbul Asian Side, Çekmeköy, or surrounding areas
