We are seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to lead data-driven planning, optimize production schedules, identify operational trends, and translate complex information into actionable strategies that ensure efficiency, reliability, and sustainable business growth across the organization..


Your Mission


The Production Planning Manager will lead the medium and long-term production planning process, ensuring capacity alignment, inventory balancing, and efficient execution across Dubai-Oman warehouses. This role will also oversee raw material planning (including maceration scheduling), act as the key liaison between the office and manufacturing site and manage the execution of short-term S&OE activities. The Production Planning Manager will lead the MRP planning team and work closely with suppliers, factory teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operational performance.

Your Impact


  • Develop and manage long-term production plans, considering capacity constraints, lead times, and business priorities.
  • Balance inventory across warehouses to optimize stock levels and minimize overstock/stockout risks.
  • Manage and develop the MRP planning team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Oversee raw material planning, ensuring on-time availability and managing maceration schedules.
  • Track and respect the purchasing budget and cashflow analysis.
  • Lead the short-term Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process to resolve immediate operational issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the planning office and manufacturing site, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Frequently visit the production floor to monitor progress, solve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs for production planning and supplier performance.

Your Expertise


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in production planning, supply planning, or S&OE in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; advanced Excel required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with proven skills in cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, discipline in execution, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and working closely with factory operations.
