Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics
Salary: ₹4.5 to ₹5.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules.
• Optimize resource allocation and coordinate material purchasing.
• Monitor workflows and identify bottlenecks for efficiency improvements.
• Analyze sales forecasts to adjust production schedules accordingly.
• Manage labor, equipment, and material allocation.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and components.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and quality procurement.
• Maintain procurement timelines aligned with production schedules.
• Collaborate with design, QC, and logistics teams.
• Resolve supplier issues and foster strong vendor relationships.
• Track and manage production costs within budget.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Use ERP and production planning software for scheduling and data analysis.
• Analyze production data and forecasts for decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and solve production-related issues.
• Communicate clearly across departments and with suppliers.

Manage complex projects involving scheduling and resource planning.
