Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing mid- and long-term supply plans to ensure product availability in line with demand forecasts and capacity constraints,
• Monitoring daily and weekly production plans, ensuring alignment with raw material availability and manufacturing capabilities,
• Ensuring stock level optimization by monitoring safety stock, reorder points, and slow-moving/obsolete inventory,
• Managing supply risks by identifying shortages, capacity constraints or disruptions, proposing preventive and corrective actions,
• Coordinating closely with Procurement for timely raw material availability; tracking supplier performance and potential delays,
• Managing master data related to BOMs, production versions, planning parameters,
• Preparing mandatory monthly/weekly reports (capacity utilization, supply performance, inventory status, risk reports)
• Supporting S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle by validating supply feasibility and highlighting risks & opportunities,
• Communicating supply constraints and mitigation plans to relevant internal stakeholders (Sales, Production, Logistics)
• Supporting continuous improvement projects in supply chain processes,
If you fulfil those below;
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in material planning,
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English,
• Excellent command of MS Office Programs, Excel in particular,
• SAP knowledge is an asset,
• High sense of responsibility, open to take initiatives and able to make quick decisions,
• Proactive, process and solution oriented, team player,
• Good at project management with high analytical skills,
• Strong communication skills and good at following-up,
• High ability of time management,
• Resident in İzmir.
***Position will be based in İzmir Aliağa Plant.
