Production Planning Specialist

Mad Parfumeur is one of the leading players in the Turkish perfume and cosmetics industry. We are currently seeking a Production Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ankara . This position will play a key role in managing end-to-end production planning activities, ensuring timely and accurate production aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct capacity planning in line with production constraints and capabilities
• Monitor and control product recipes, BOMs, and semi-finished goods
• Prepare weekly and monthly planning & KPI reports
• Analyze actual production vs. plan and allocations
• Consolidate forecasts and check rough-cut capacity for the full year
• Monitor actual weekly production versus planned figures
• Develop weekly and daily finished goods supply plans to support production targets
• Coordinate with NPD (new product development) and transition projects to align production planning accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Chemical Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of production planning experience (preferably in cosmetics or FMCG)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with Nebim V3 ERP
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• No military obligations for male candidates
