We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Production Process Engineer
to join our team in
Çiğli/Izmir
. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving and sustaining manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.
What You'll Do:

Plan, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes

Carry out efficiency-enhancing activities (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, etc.)

Identify and analyze bottlenecks in production and propose effective solutions
-
Optimize machine, equipment, and production line layouts for efficiency
-
Ensure compliance with quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, VDA 6.3)
-
Actively participate in new product introduction processes (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.)

Organize prototype and trial production activities
-
Analyze production data to support continuous improvement efforts
-
Provide technical assistance to operators and maintenance teams
-
Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-
Define technical specifications for new equipment investments
-
Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
-
Proficient in MS Office and production software (SAP, ERP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
-
Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and process improvement
-
Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and quality tools
-
Work experience in a multinational environment
