Production Process Engineer

We are looking for a "Production Process Engineer" to join our Team at Tuzla Orgachem Facility!

If you have;

• Graduated from Chemical Engineering,
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in production preferably in chemical industry,
• Proficieny in English,
• Good at MS office applications,

You will be responsible;

• Planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities ,
• Ensuring that production targets (quality, quantity, and timeline) are achieved,
• Monitoring and analyzing production performance and efficiency ,
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs,
• Coordinating with maintenance, quality, and planning departments to ensure smooth operations,
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards ,
• Preparing and maintaining production reports and documentation ,
• Supporting new product trials and process validation activities,
• Managing and guiding production operators and technical staff ,
• Participating in continuous improvement projects such as lean manufacturing and 5S applications.
