Production Scheduler-PCBA is primarily focused on converting the Master Schedule into an operational one-to-four-week schedule for a facility after aligning with the internal manufacturing capacity. The Production Scheduler is responsible for level loading daily production schedules through analyzing resource capacity and other constraints to optimize through-put, while minimizing manufacturing cycle time, inventory, and achieving on-time delivery goals. S/he must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills through effective communication and coordination with multiple functional groups (including Operation, Customer Service, Finance, and Purchasing). S/he will also be responsible of tracking the Repairs SIOP file and forecast for upcoming months, as well as Aftermarket Repairs BOS metrics. Production Scheduler will utylize Kinaxis tool to respond to exception messages or risk to revenue. S/he will utylize TOM meetings to understand and address critical materials and will incorporate this into planning.
