What you’ll do:
  
- 
   Supervise daily operations of the paper machine, stock preparation, utilities, and the winder.
  
- 
   Monitor and optimize process parameters to achieve production, quality, and other targets.
  
- 
   Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve mechanical, electrical and process issues promptly.
  
- 
   Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
- 
   Participate in product quality & efficiency improvement efforts, process committee meetings and other processes improvement efforts.
  
- 
   Follow up all raw material trails to improve the quality or productivity.
  
- 
   Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S across all shifts.
  
- 
   Prepare and communicate accurate shift reports and handovers.
  
   What you’ll need:
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  
- 
   Minimum 2 years of experience in a tissue paper mill or related continuous process industry.
  
- 
   Ability to communicate effectively with Different department internally and externally. (Proficient in English language)
  
- 
   Good knowledge of operating ,safety procedures, and standards.
  
- 
   Strong understanding of paper machine operations, utilities, and process control systems.
  
- 
   Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  
- 
   Flexibility to work in a shift rotational schedule.
