To be responsible for the technical performance of the Transformation Lines:

Plan Actualization

Achievement of Target / Budget yield & Loss control to reach WCM Targets

Management of changes

Follow up of Equipment functioning with support of Shift Maintenance Team

Emergency Management

Follow up of Key Parameters Target given by Area Managers

To ensure the quality of the product:

Quality Non Conformance Control

Quality Lab Test Plan actualization

Meeting customer requirements

To manage costs effectively:

Outsourced Manpower Control as per Plan

Consumables

To provide support and resource for local WCM activities whilst implementing global projects, local projects, Act as project/pillar sponsor, leader, member.

Compliance to statutory/legal Occupational Health, Environment & Safety company policies and procedures.

Compliance with the company QMS, Quality Control, Product compliance of Saint-Gobain.
Required Quailifications:
-
Educated to degree level in Mechatronics, process engineering, mechanical or electrical or similar
-
1-3 years of experience of managing a team in a manufacturing environment (including all aspects of people management)
-
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
-
Understanding of health and safety legislation so that it can be applied in the workplace
-
Basic understanding of employment law so that all team members are treated fairly and respectfully within the law
-
Understanding of the company permit to work system and it’s application and importance
-
Understanding of key people policies eg discipline and grievance, absence management, skills development
-
Environmental legislation awareness
