We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Incharge to supervise daily operations during assigned shifts. The Shift Incharge will ensure smooth workflow, staff coordination, safety compliance, and achievement of production or service targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage staff during assigned shifts

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and workflow

Allocate duties and monitor employee performance

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality standards

Handle shift handover and prepare daily reports

Resolve operational issues and escalate when required

Maintain discipline and punctuality among staff

Coordinate with management and other departments

Monitor inventory, equipment, or production as applicable

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Shift Incharge / Shift Supervisor or similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle teams and work under pressure

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Reporting preferred)

Knowledge of safety and operational procedures

Minimum education: [Diploma / Graduate / As applicable]
