Production Specialist – Full Time (On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Job Summary

Kandle & Co. is hiring a Production Specialist responsible for product assembly, order packing, inventory coordination, and dispatch operations. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in warehouse operations, production handling, or e-commerce fulfilment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle production from raw to finished goods with quality control

• Ensure labeling accuracy and packaging standards

• Assist with inbound & outbound inventory coordination

• Support small deliveries and supplier pickups when required

• Maintain daily logs for production, orders, and damages

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Matric or Intermediate

• Experience in production / warehouse / packing operations preferred

• High attention to detail and organizational ability

• Physically fit and able to manage operational tasks

• Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
