Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for Production Supervisor for one of its leading client at karachi.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality standards, optimize workflow, and lead a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide production staff to meet targets.
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety policies.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Track and analyze production data for continuous improvement.
• Resolve operational and personnel issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Education: 12–14 years of formal education.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
