Production Supervisor

Sealy Mattress Middle East is looking for an accomplished Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team at our state-of-the-art facility in Jeddah. With over three decades of experience in the mattress industry, we pride ourselves on innovation and high-quality products that cater to the diverse needs of our customers in the MENA region. As the Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will contribute significantly to our continued success and reputation as a leader in bedding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and coordinate all activities within the production department.
• Ensure production schedules are met while monitoring quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks to optimize workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in production management software and MS Office Suite.
• 25 to 35 years old.
• Saudi national.
