Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a Food Production Supervisor to join our factory in Riyadh. The role includes managing the production process, leading the team, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, and preparing production plans and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead and manage the production team to achieve targets.
• Prepare and implement production plans based on business needs.
• Monitor machines’ performance and ensure proper operation.
• Prepare regular performance and productivity reports.
• Enforce food safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of food technology and food safety.
• Strong leadership and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Willingness to travel if required.
