Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities in tailoring and garment finishing.
• Ensure strict quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Coordinate with cutters, tailors, and quality controllers to achieve timely order completion.
• Manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines without compromising craftsmanship.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance for efficiency and skill enhancement.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and report to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in garment production, preferably in men’s formal wear.
• Strong knowledge of tailoring techniques, fabric handling, and garment construction.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining premium quality standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
