Position: E-Book Project Manager
Location: DMCHS Tariq Road, Karachi.
Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
Job Type: On-Site (Night Shift)

About the Role

As an E-Book Project Manager at Paradigm Digital Solutions, you will oversee the end-to-end production of eBooks — from concept and coordination to publishing and delivery. You’ll work closely with writers, editors, designers, and developers to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire eBook production cycle, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Coordinate between content creators, designers, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with publishing standards and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and implement workflow improvements for efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide progress reports and resolve any project-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of project management experience (preferably in publishing/digital content).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with eBook platforms, production tools, and publishing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Academic background in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• A problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
