PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise daily manufacturing and bottling processes, coordinating the production team to meet output, safety, and quality targets.
• Monitor and operate all machinery involved in water filling, resolving equipment issues and ensuring preventive maintenance is performed.
• Organize work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff in standard operating procedures and food safety protocols.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and potable water standards.
• Track inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Maintain production records, compile daily and shift reports, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve process efficiency, productivity, and quality; identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Manage employee relations, support development and training initiatives, and address team issues through coaching and corrective actions.

This position demands strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with experience in industrial manufacturing environments—especially food or beverage production.
