Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily production activities. The ideal candidate will manage workflow, ensure production quality, and support smooth project execution from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations for advertising and signage projects.
• Manage a team of production staff, printers, and installers.
• Review work orders, materials, and design specifications before production.
• Monitor large-format printing, fabrication, and installation work.
• Coordinate with sales, creative, and logistics teams to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client specifications.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
• Track materials usage and report production status to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production within the advertising, signage, or large-format printing industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of printing machines, materials, and installation processes.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• UAE experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month (depending on experience).
